Most garages are up and running within 1โ€“2 weeks. Our onboarding team handles: initial setup and configuration (1โ€“2 days), data migration from your existing system (2โ€“3 days), staff training and familiarization (2โ€“3 days), and go-live support. You can start with core features immediately and add optional features (mobile apps, integrations, SMS/WhatsApp) as you grow โ€” with no disruption to your existing operations.

Yes. All AutoSuite plans include core features (digital job cards, invoicing, tracking, customer profiles, analytics). No need to commit to everything upfront โ€” scale as your needs grow.

No. AutoSuite works perfectly with email notifications included by default. SMS and WhatsApp are optional add-ons you can enable during onboarding if you want additional customer communication channels. Our onboarding team helps with setup if you choose these options.

We're actively developing: Time & attendance tracking (automatic clock in/out for technicians), Payroll integration (auto-calculate payroll based on hours/commission), Shift scheduling (plan weekly schedules, assign shifts), Lead scoring (auto-prioritize hot leads), Predictive analytics (forecast revenue, predict churn), and SAFO AutoHealth (predictive maintenance alerts). Existing customers get access automatically when these features roll out.

There are two separate mobile apps. The Customer Mobile App (AED 15,000/year, up to 5,000 users) lets customers track their vehicles, book appointments, view and approve invoices, and receive push notifications. The Garage Staff Mobile App (AED 5,000/year) lets technicians view assigned jobs, update task status, log service notes, and access customer history. Both are optional โ€” AutoSuite works fully via the web dashboard.

No. Customers can also receive real-time updates via email (included by default), get SMS/WhatsApp notifications (with add-on setup), or view invoices via email links. The mobile app is optional but provides the best customer experience.

Yes. AutoSuite can be configured for custom job types and service categories, custom fields and inspection checklists, custom invoicing and quote templates, custom reporting and analytics, and custom workflows and approval processes. Enterprise customers can request custom development for complex needs beyond standard configuration.

You can configure SMS notifications (requires SMS gateway setup), WhatsApp messaging (requires WhatsApp Business Account), or the Customer Mobile App (customers log in to see updates), or a combination. Email is always available as a backup channel.

Mobile Apps

Your customers (vehicle owners) use it to track their vehicle's service status in real-time, book appointments, view invoices and approve additional work, receive push notifications, view service history, and contact your garage directly. Pricing: AED 15,000/year for up to 5,000 active users.

Your team members (technicians, managers) use it to view assigned jobs, update task status, log service notes and issues found, access customer history, coordinate with team members, and send updates to customers. Pricing: AED 5,000/year.

No. Each serves a different purpose. The Customer App is for your customers to track their vehicles (AED 15,000/year). The Staff App is for your team to access AutoSuite on mobile (AED 5,000/year). You can use just the web dashboard, one app, or both โ€” choose what fits your garage.

Yes. Customers can receive email notifications with job updates (included by default), click links in SMS/WhatsApp to track status (with add-on setup), or log into the web dashboard from their phone. The mobile app is optional but more convenient.

When a job is created, the customer receives an SMS or email with a download link. They download the Customer Mobile App, log in with their phone number, and the job card appears automatically. They then see real-time updates as work progresses. Our onboarding team helps you set this up.

The Customer Mobile App displays your garage name and branding. Enterprise customers can request custom mobile app development. Contact sales@safo.ae to discuss custom app options.

Integrations

Included (no extra cost): Email, Google Calendar, Webhooks. Available as add-ons (AED 3,000 each): QuickBooks (sync invoices, payments, accounting), Xero (sync invoices, accounting), Stripe (accept digital payments), WhatsApp Business API, SMS Gateway, Analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.), Custom API. Enterprise customers get unlimited custom integration options.

Yes. Pre-built integrations exist for QuickBooks and Xero. If you use different software, a custom integration can often be built โ€” contact sales@safo.ae to discuss your setup.

Most integrations (QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe, SMS, WhatsApp) take 2โ€“3 hours to set up and go live the same day or next business day. Complex or custom integrations take 1โ€“2 weeks depending on complexity. Our onboarding team handles all setup.

Yes. AutoSuite complies with UAE VAT regulations (automatic VAT calculation, FTA-ready reports), GDPR, CCPA, PCI DSS Level 1, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 Type II (independently audited). 7-year data retention is maintained for audit compliance.

Automatic daily backups are performed once per day, retained for 90 days, replicated across multiple geographic locations, encrypted with AES-256, and tested regularly to ensure recoverability. You can request a manual backup anytime by contacting support@safo.ae.

Yes. You can export your full dataset anytime from Account Settings, or request an export by contacting support@safo.ae. Upon cancellation, we provide a 30-day export window. Your data is 100% yours โ€” no lock-in.

We have incident response procedures: affected customers are notified immediately, an investigation is conducted, a security audit is performed to prevent recurrence, and we maintain regular penetration testing and continuous security monitoring. Our SOC 2 Type II certification includes third-party security audits.

2FA is optional but strongly recommended: Go to Account Settings, enable two-factor authentication, choose an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.) or SMS, scan the QR code or enter the provided code, and verify with your phone. Highly recommended for Owner and Manager accounts.

Yes. The web dashboard is fully responsive and works on desktop browsers, tablets, and mobile phones. For the best mobile experience with full features, use the Staff or Customer mobile apps.
