AutoSuite started as garage management software: customers, vehicles, appointments, estimates, job cards and tax invoices. This year it became something bigger. In September 2026 we released HR & Payroll, and in October 2026 we released Accounting. Together with operations, that makes AutoSuite an ERP for auto repair workshops and mobile auto services: one system for your jobs, your people and your books. Both modules are included from the Professional plan.
Why we built it
Most workshops we work with were running three or four separate tools. Jobs lived in one place, attendance in a spreadsheet, payroll in another spreadsheet and the accounts with an accountant who received a folder of invoices at the end of the month. Customer updates went out on WhatsApp from someone's personal phone.
Each of those tools worked on its own. The problem was the space between them. Every invoice raised on a job card had to be typed again into the accounting system. Every day of attendance, every leave request and every hour of overtime had to be copied into the payroll sheet. Every copy is a chance for a typo, a missed entry or a figure that doesn't match.
Owners told us the same thing again and again: they didn't need more software, they needed fewer places to look. So instead of adding another integration, we built HR & Payroll and Accounting inside AutoSuite, on the same records your team already creates every day.
What's in HR & Payroll
HR & Payroll was released in September 2026 and is available on the Professional plan and above. It covers:
- Employee details and roles
- Attendance
- Leave
- Overtime
- Payroll
- Sales targets
- Technician performance report
Because your technicians are already assigned to job cards in AutoSuite, the technician performance report draws on the work they actually did, not a separate log. For a closer look at the monthly cycle, read Payroll for UAE Workshops: From Attendance to Payslip in One System.
What's in Accounting
Accounting was released in October 2026 and is also available on the Professional plan and above. It includes:
- Chart of accounts
- Journal entries, both manual and automatic
- General ledger
- Expenses
- Year end close and books lock date
- Customer and supplier statements
- VAT 201 return report
- Profit & loss, balance sheet and trial balance

How it connects
The value of an ERP is not the list of modules. It's that the modules share the same data, so information is entered once and flows to where it's needed.
From job card to general ledger
A vehicle is checked in and a job card is opened. Your team records labour, parts, consumables and sublet work on that job card. When the job is done, the tax invoice is generated from the job card, with VAT, and Arabic tax invoices are available. On the Professional plan and above, that invoice posts to the general ledger automatically. Revenue and VAT land in your books without anyone typing them in again, and they show up in your VAT 201 return report and your profit & loss.
From attendance to payroll
Attendance, leave and overtime are recorded in AutoSuite as the month goes on. When it's time to run payroll, those records are already there. You review them, make any corrections and run payroll from the same system, instead of rebuilding the month in a spreadsheet.
In short: job card, then invoice, then general ledger. Attendance, leave and overtime, then payroll. One record at each step, entered once.

What our clients say
“All good with the system. It's easy to access, and creating job cards and estimates is very easy. Converting an estimate into a job card is just as easy. I would rate it 10 out of 10.”
“It is very easy for our team to use AutoSuite, and it is transparent. Invoicing is very easy. Whenever support is required, the team responds immediately and resolves the matter super quickly. I rate it 9 out of 10 and highly recommend AutoSuite.”
Try it
The best way to judge an ERP is to run your own jobs through it. Our 14-day free trial includes all three pillars (operations, HR & payroll and accounting) at Professional level. No credit card is needed, and onboarding help is included.
Most garages can go live in under 48 hours with your cooperation (sharing your data and making your team available for a short training), depending on data readiness. More complex setups take longer and we agree the timeline upfront.
We're also working on Parts Requisition, which is coming soon. We'll share more when it's ready.
