Common Questions

Why Garage Owners Switch
to AutoSuite

Honest answers to the concerns we hear most often

We're managing fine with our current system

Most garage owners running on WhatsApp and spreadsheets think the system is fine — until they spend a day watching how much time gets lost in it.

What usually changes their mind after seeing AutoSuite:

  • Invoicing that takes 15 minutes total instead of hours per week
  • Technicians who actually use the system (vs. losing job details on WhatsApp)
  • Customers who stop calling to ask "is it ready yet?"
  • A real picture of which jobs and services are actually profitable

If your current system is causing you zero friction, you probably don't need to switch. If it's creating daily headaches, it's worth 30 minutes to see if there's a better way.

Setup and migration seem risky — what if we lose data?

We've done this before and the process is straightforward.

What happens:

  • 1Day 1: We audit your existing data and create a complete backup
  • 2Day 2: We migrate your customer records, job history, and settings
  • 3Day 3: You review everything and flag anything that looks wrong
  • 4Day 4: First live job runs in AutoSuite

Your old system runs in parallel during this period. You're not forced to switch until you're confident everything is right.

If something doesn't look right during testing, we fix it before you go live.

Our team will resist using new software

This is the most common concern. Here's what actually happens in practice:

Technicians resist software that makes their job harder. AutoSuite is designed for how mechanics actually work — job details on their phone in the bay, no chasing paper, no calling the front desk to find out what job to do next.

What helps adoption:

  1. Training takes 2 hours — not 2 weeks
  2. We start with just job cards (one change, not a system overhaul)
  3. Technicians see the immediate benefit: they know what to work on next without asking anyone

Most garages run paper and digital in parallel for 1–2 weeks while the team gets comfortable, then switch fully.

How long will we be without service during setup?

Zero downtime. The transition is designed to run in parallel:

  • 1Week 1: AutoSuite is set up and configured alongside your current process
  • 2Week 2: New jobs are entered into AutoSuite while your old process continues for in-progress jobs
  • 3Week 3: Full transition — old system archived as backup

You never stop working. New jobs start going through AutoSuite from day one, but nothing is forced until you're ready.

How much will it actually cost — all in?

Complete transparency on pricing:

Month 1 AED 400 (Essential plan). Setup, onboarding, and data migration are included — no hidden fees.
Month 2 onwards AED 400/month (or AED 333/month billed annually)

  • AutoSuite Mobile (customer app): AED 15,000/year
  • WhatsApp Business API: AED 3,000/year

What if we try it and it doesn't work for our garage?

We offer a 30-day free trial, no credit card required. Use the full system with your real data.

If you subscribe and decide after 60 days that it's not working for your garage, contact us. We'll work through the issues with you. If we can't resolve them, we'll refund your payment and export your data completely.

We'd rather you leave with your data intact than stay on a system that isn't working for you.

Is AutoSuite better than enterprise software?

Enterprise garage software is built for large dealership groups with IT departments and multi-month implementation budgets.

AutoSuite is built for independent garages and growing workshop groups. The difference:

Price AED 400/month vs. AED 3,000+/month for enterprise software
Setup 48 hours vs. 3–6 months for enterprise software
Complexity Features you'll actually use vs. features you'll never touch
Support Direct contact vs. ticketing queues and offshore support centres

If you're running 30+ bays across multiple locations with a dedicated IT team, enterprise software might be the right fit. Otherwise, AutoSuite is built for your scale.
